In addition to our core facility and project management capabilities, our platform offers direct access to our Best-in-Class services, including ESG, Security Consulting, Workplace Strategy, and Workplace Experience. This is a unique opportunity to establish and own the facilities function for a high-profile client in Hawaii. You will be the primary on-site FM resource, working closely with the onsite lead and receiving direct mentorship and periodic on-site support from a Seattle-based facilities team. You'll interact directly with the Account Director, and have the full backing of a 26-person team behind you.What You'll Own

Serve as the first point of contact and primary FM support for the client team Own and manage the CMMS (computerized maintenance management system)— assigning work orders to engineers, ensuring preventive maintenance is scheduled and on track, and keeping maintenance activities flowing efficientlyTrack and manage the lifecycle of approximately 600 building assets, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Oversee vendor relationships for janitorial, pest control, landscaping (planter boxes), and other contracted services— including daily communication, scheduling, and performance managementCoordinate scheduling with both internal engineering staff and external contractors Support the building engineer and maintenance tech on-site as the FM lead Partner with corporate real estate and the on-site landlord on property management needs— this building is leased, so some decisions will require landlord coordination alongside standard FM responsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the Hawaiian team and formal support to the engineering team Ensure building operations meet CBRE and client safety and compliance standards at all times What You'll Bring

Required:

Hands-on CMMS experience— you understand how work orders flow, how PMs are structured, and how to keep a maintenance program running smoothly Solid understanding of building assets, preventive maintenance programs, and how to manage asset lifecycles Vendor management experience — you've managed ongoing service relationships and know how to hold vendors accountableStrong communication skills— you're comfortable in meetings, clear in emails, and proactive with your client and team Customer service mindset — you understand that the building occupants are your customers and you treat them accordingly Organization — you can juggle multiple priorities, track moving pieces, and keepthings from falling through the cracksAbility to make sound, independent decisions when the team isn't immediately available Nice to Have:

HVAC knowledge or mechanical/technical background Project management experience Commercial real estate or engineering/construction background Facility Management certification (CFM or similar) Education:

The minimum salary for the Facilities Manager position is $85,500 annually and the maximum salary for the Facilities Manager position is $115,000 annually.
