Position Summary

The Crew Foreman is responsible for directing and overseeing underground utility operations in the field. This role involves leading a crew, ensuring efficient and safe work practices, and maintaining project schedules. The position offers a guaranteed 5-day work week

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Direct and manage a crew in underground utility operations.

Oversee daily operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Operate and maintain equipment as needed.

Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues.

Communicate effectively with the Foreman Director. • Maintain accurate records of work performed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret project plans.

Education & Experience

Proven experience in utility operations.

Valid driver's license.

OSHA certifications (preferred)
