As a key member of the executive management team, you will bridge the gap between operational performance and financial strategy. You won't just manage the books; you will drive earnings optimization and support high-level growth initiatives.

Your Impact:

• Strategic Leadership: Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting while serving as a critical advisor on capital allocation and strategic decision-making.

• Operational Excellence: Design and enhance financial processes and analytical tools to improve business insight and scalability.

• Cross-Border Synergy: Establish and maintain controllership continuity between our U.S. and Mexico operations.

• Team Development: Mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering a culture of teamwork and "esprit de corps".

• Corporate Collaboration: Act as a vital link to parent-company financial leadership, participating in broad, company-wide initiatives.

   

   

• Credentials: Active CPA license and a minimum of a four-year accounting degree.

• Experience: 7+ years of relevant accounting or controllership experience (Public accounting or prior controllership experience preferred).

• Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a strong background in financial reporting and internal controls.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally and present complex data to leadership.

• Drive: A problem-solving mindset with the organizational skills to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously .
