Operations Planning Support, Houston, TX

• ssist in developing, maintaining, and updating daily/weekly operational schedules and production plans.

• Coordinate with internal departments (Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and Customer Success) to ensure alignment on capacity and deliverables.

• Monitor project timelines and proactively flag potential bottlenecks or delays to management.

Data Management & Reporting

• Collect, track, and analyze key operational metrics and Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Maintain accurate records in our ERP/planning systems, ensuring data integrity across all platforms.

• Generate regular reports on resource utilization, inventory levels, and process efficiency to support decision-making.

salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
