Job Description Job Description Project Development & Finance Associate (2+ Years) – Energy & Infrastructure Direct Counsel represents a well-regarded Am Law firm seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its leading Project Development & Finance practice.

What You'll Do:
Draft and negotiate engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts
Advise project sponsors, owners, and developers on major energy and infrastructure projects
Support project development and financing transactions across domestic and international markets
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex, high-value deals
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience in project development, construction, or infrastructure transactions
Experience drafting and negotiating EPC contracts strongly preferred
Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
Interest in energy, infrastructure, and large-scale project work
J.D. with strong academic credentials and admission to a U.S. Bar (or eligibility)
