Kinsa is recruiting for a: Customer Service Manager Location:

Houston, TX (Onsite, no relocation or sponsorship)

Our client roasts, blends and packages the country's favorite morning beverage, coffee. You may not know them by name, but there's a good chance you have enjoyed their products, available through retails, at fine restaurants, and on the go. As the Customer Service Manager, you will be proactive, detail-oriented, highly professional, and comfortable managing both strategic customer relationships and day-to-day operations. Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you must be able to lead teams, improve processes, and drive accountability across departments.

5+ years relevant experience in a food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing environment required; beverage experience highly preferred. Compensation&Benefits:

$80-100k base salary plus annual bonus potential (base pay may be slightly higher for the perfect local candidate) Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) PTO&holiday pay Relocation assistance available Key Responsibilities and Goals:

Set and execute R&D and QA strategies aligned with business goals. Lead product development from concept through commercialization. Manage and mentor the R&D/QA team to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Ensure product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Establish and monitor quality systems, metrics, and KPIs. Partner cross functionally to translate customer and market needs into solutions. Serve as SQF Practitioner and maintain the SQF program, including all registrations and approvals.Competencies Needed for Success:

5+ years of experience in customer service, customer operations, supply chain coordination, or account management, along with experience in forecasting, order management, inventory coordination, and logistics. Leadership experience managing teams in a food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing environment required; beverage experience preferred.Experience in co-manufacturing or private-label manufacturing required. Strong Excel and ERP system skills. Strong professional presence with customers and internal leadership. Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
