HCRJ seeks an organized, proactive, and service-oriented professional to lead programming logistics, communications, and supporting technology systems. This role serves as the central hub ensuring all programs, events, and congregational communications are planned, executed, and communicated clearly and effectively.

Working in close partnership with the staff, this position ensures that all synagogue activities—from weekly events to major holidays and lifecycle moments—are seamlessly coordinated and professionally communicated across all platforms. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is detail-oriented, highly organized, comfortable with technology, and eager to take ownership in adynamic, mission-driven non-profit environment.

Required Qualifications **

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to tone, clarity, and audience.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong organizational skills.

High comfort level with technology, including email platforms, social media, CRMs, and website tools.

Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership, follow-through, and a collaborative mindset.

Technical Skills _

CRM experience with platforms such as Salesforce, or HubSpot.

CMS/website familiarity with platforms such as ShulCloud CMS, WordPress, or Drupal

Preferred Background **

Experience coordinating events, programs, or communications in a nonprofit, synagogue, or community setting.

Demonstrated success improving operational efficiency through technology.
