Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.Qualifications
Licensed in property and casualty insurance in state of Texas (preferred) Experience in insurance sales or account management (preferred) Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Willingness to engage in sales conversations. Ability to work effectively in a team environmentPlease note: This position is with an independent State Farm contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. As an agent team member, you will still need to complete the regular State Farm agent selection process when you pursue an agency opportunity.
