Position: Waterjet Machine Operator

Location: Freehold, NJ

Pay Rate: $19-$23/hr

Do you have experience operating CNC machinery and enjoy precision work? We're looking for a skilled Waterjet Machine Operator to help produce high-quality parts by operating advanced cutting equipment, reading technical drawings, and ensuring products meet exact specifications.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and set up FLOW Mach 150 Waterjet equipment to complete customer orders accurately Read and interpret blueprints, CAD files, job specifications, and engineering drawings Select appropriate cutting parameters based on material type and thickness Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection toolsMonitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality standards Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed Maintain production records and quality control documentation Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet customer specifications and production schedulesShift/Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM Friday: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC Waterjet or similar cutting equipment Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and CAD files Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Fabrication experience requiredFamiliarity with metal fabrication and manufacturing processes High school diploma or technical certification preferred Ready to make a move?
