Job Title:  Assembly Line Worker

Location: Huntington Beach, CA

Job Duration: 6 months contract

Pay Rate: $16.50/hr W2

 Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Line Worker to join our production team. You will be responsible for assembling products efficiently, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. This role is ideal for individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Assemble parts and components following standardized processes.

Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.

Conducted quality checks to ensure products met company standards.

Follow safety guidelines and wear the required protective equipment.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Report any malfunctions, defects, or production issues to the supervisor.

Meet daily production quotas and deadlines.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required).

Previous 1-year experience in manufacturing or assembly.

Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
