Huntington Station company seeks individual to help in the assembly of Corporate Binders. We are a company that files new corporations with the State of New York. For each corporation filed we create a corporate binder. The binder includes Minutes&By Laws, Stock Certificates Stock Transfer Ledger and a Corporate Seal. Stock Certificates are customized with new Corporate Name.
No experience in this particular field necessary. We will train. Candidate MUST pay attention to details and have excellent communication skills.

Qualifications: **
The successful candidate must at a minimum demonstrate evidence of the following skills.
Multi-tasking: Strong organizational skills - A Must!
• Ability to absorb and work successfully with details.
• Computer proficiency. Common computer programs, Adobe Acrobat, Internet, Email.
• Positive attitude exercised daily with staff and customers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High energy.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Acute attention to detail.

Hours / Salary **
Full Time Position
• Monday thru Friday 8:30 -- 5:00. 1⁄2 hour lunch.
• Closed major holidays.
• Compensation commensurate with experience.
• 401K
