Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the root causes of behavior issues in individuals with autism.

Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.

Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and caregivers.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

Stay current on best practices and research in the field of behavior analysis.

Some remote may be available.

Job Types for BCBA with SHS: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30 - $37 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
