Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Complex Electromechanical Assembly Technician to assemble, integrate, and test advanced electromechanical systems. This role involves working with intricate mechanical assemblies, electrical components, and precision instrumentation to ensure high-quality, reliable products. The ideal candidate will have technical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and experience in complex assembly environments. salary: $16 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 5:30 AM - 4 PM

- Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies.
- Determines and may develop test specifications, methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings and diagrams.
- Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems.
- May complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing. Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.
- May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.
- Develops methods, processes, procedures and equipment that will improve the failure analysis process and/or reduce failures.
- May assist Test Engineering to design, develop, and implement cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
