Duties
Assist with landscape installation projects, including planting, mulching, and soil preparation
Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning tasks
Maintain lawns through mowing, aeration, fertilization, and weed control techniques
Support tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth
Perform irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure optimal watering efficiency
Help with hardscape projects like installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor features
Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients and team members
Experience
Prior experience with landscaping or gardening is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided
Mechanical knowledge of tools such as trimmers, blowers, excavators, and other construction equipment is a plus
Familiarity with lawn care practices and landscape maintenance techniques is advantageous
Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently in outdoor environments
Basic understanding of horticulture principles related to plant health and soil management
Experience working with tree care equipment like chainsaws or pruning tools is beneficial
Willingness to learn new skills related to irrigation systems, hardscape installation, and snow removal
