Foreman Details: Temp-to-Hire position$ 20.00 / hour Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm) Oversee daily production activities and ensure team members meet safety, quality, and output goals. Supervise, train, and support employees to maintain productivity and efficiency.Monitor workflow and address equipment or operational issues as they arise. Enforce company policies, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations. Maintain accurate records, attendance, and production reports. Foreman Qualifications: Prior supervisory or lead experience in poultry processing, manufacturing, or a similar production environment preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety and food handling regulations (USDA standards). Must be able to pass employer screening requirements, which may include background check and drug screening.
