Interfaces Team Lead

position. The ideal candidate will lead a team developing interfaces for the NASA Human Landing System (HLS) Program Systems Engineering&Integration Office. The candidate will be assigned to the Requirements&Verification team with a focus on leading Interface Development across multiple program providers and government programs or hardware. The candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team across multiple centers to developed interface documentation and foster agreement among stakeholders. Requirements:Required Qualifications Experience with developing complex spaceflight hardware interface control documentation Demonstrated Leadership skills and proven ability to facilitate negotiations across multi-disciplinary stakeholder groups Experience with requirements specifications and developing traceability matricesExperience with spacecraft and/or launch vehicle systems/subsystems architectures Experience with systems integration and verification activities Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and co-workers Strong knowledge of Systems Engineering Processes and activitiesProficiency in Atlassian Tools (JIRA), Doors Next Generation (DNG), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to present data to Senior Program Managers Minimum 12 years of experience Bachelor's degree required US Citizenship required Disability Accommodation for Applicants TriVector Services, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and provides reasonable accommodation for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in its job application procedures.
