Join our growing team at Grey Wolf Automotive and help keep our dealership/repair facility running smoothly and efficiently. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and organized Automotive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, accounting functions, payroll, customer paperwork, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and familiar with automotive dealership or repair shop processes.Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and administrative staff Handle accounts payable and receivable Process payroll and employee records Reconcile bank statements and monthly reports Maintain vehicle sales and service documentation Coordinate DMV/title paperwork and compliance Assist with customer service and vendor communicationsSupport management with reporting and scheduling Qualifications Previous automotive office or dealership experience preferred Knowledge of automotive accounting software (Reynolds&Reynolds or Autosoft) Strong bookkeeping and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic accounting systems What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health benefits and paid time offSupportive team environment Opportunities for advancement Stable, full-time position Schedule Full-time | MondayFriday (Some Saturdays may be required)
