Responsibilities - Sales Consultant:

Greet customers in the dealership and the lot

Provide High level of customer satisfaction

Perform Test drives: Present product information, pricing and incentives

Assist Customers with a vehicle selection and negotiate the purchase

Utilize dealership control and follow-up systems

Routinely follow-up with customers

Cross sell products

Answer sales calls, respond to internet inquiries, and cold call prospects when necessary

Meet daily phone calls and email quota

Meet monthly, quarterly, yearly sales goals and performance goals.

Qualifications/Requirements – Sales Consultant:

No Sales experience needed – we will train

Great customer service skills and time management

Great people person, upbeat and positive attitude

Reliable, Hardworking, Honest and Competitive

Be able to create and maintain exceptional relationships

Strong computer and phone skills

High school diploma, GED or equivalent, College Degree a plus.

Self-starter and ability to be a great team player

We are confident we can teach you to be successful if you are a hard worker
