Early Intervention Teacher, Indianapolis

We Are Hiring:
Department: Day School

Schedule: Full Time Days, Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4pm.  No holidays or weekends.  Will work during the summer hours to provide summer education needs of the facility.

Location: Anderson, IN

This position requires candidates to be a licensed special education teacher with the state of Indiana.

What You Will Do:
Provide early intervention services to children.

Administer formal and informal assessments appropriately and interpret results.

Recognize and effectively address family's concerns. Ensure that report and service reflect the family's concerns for their child.

Make appropriate referrals to medical and health providers. Coordinate with agencies involved with family. Collaborate and follow up as needed.

Provide multi-disciplinary services and promote family participation in incorporating services into daily routines.

What You Will Need:
Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences:
This position requires candidates to be a licensed special education teacher with the state of Indiana.
