About the Role

We’re hiring an Integrated Marketing Manager to run strategic campaigns across the customer lifecycle — from attracting new prospects to deepening relationships with current Braze customers. You’ll lead cross-channel campaign planning and execution, working across content, social, email, and web to deliver measurable results.

You’ll play a critical role in scaling Stitch’s marketing engine and brand presence. In addition to lifecycle-focused campaigns, you’ll contribute to broader content and brand initiatives, including supporting our founders in growing their personal brands on LinkedIn and other channels.

Please note: This is a hybrid role based in the Indianapolis area. Our Marketing team thrives on creative energy and that spark can strike anywhere: on Slack, over Zoom, or around a whiteboard in the office. That’s why we’re looking for someone in the Indianapolis area who can join us in person from time to time. Being nearby helps you stay plugged into the pulse of our brand and part of the conversations that shape it.

What You’ll Do

Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns targeting prospective and current Braze customers to drive demand for Stitch services and solutions

Collaborate with design and solution marketing to build compelling campaign assets (emails, blogs, social posts, direct outreach, landing pages, videos, etc.)

Use web (incl. SEO pages), CRM, and social analytics to optimize campaign performance and report results

Contribute to content planning, editorial direction, and content production to ensure alignment with campaign goals

Partner with marketing leadership on managing the Stitch website and social media presences — particularly with the goal of amplifying Stitch’s collective brand presence (both company and individual social presences) and drive social selling

Bonus points if you can contribute creative ideas and execution to introduce media such as graphics and videos to company and individual posts

Explore and deploy AI tools to improve the speed and quality of content production and campaign deployment (e.g., video editing, captioning, repurposing, rough draft generation, ABM campaign workflows)

Help maximize existing content through continuous optimization and repurposing

Support brand initiatives, events, and content development as needed

Requirements

4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within a consultancy or tech-focused environment

Proven ability to lead end-to-end marketing campaigns — from insight to asset to impact

Exceptional writing and communication skills, with an eye for brand voice and audience nuance

Hands-on experience executing campaigns across email, social media, and web with a data-driven mindset

Experience with marketing automation platforms (Braze or similar) is a strong plus

Nice to Have

Experience managing paid media campaigns or account-based marketing (ABM) programs

Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, Canva, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Experience supporting executive or founder-led brand building on platforms like LinkedIn
