We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic radiopharmaceutical company. Duties and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the company. Key duties include:
Assist in drafting and editing documents such as manufacturing procedures, training materials, and general business documents and forms
Acts as a project manager / lead for special projects which may include planning and coordinating multiple presentations and organizing meetings
Provides administrative support to the executive team
Attends department meetings as requested; records, prepares and distributes minutes
Prepares spreadsheets, graphs, charts and presentation material to support the executive team
Participates in and/or coordinates functions, meetings, training sessions and special events; ensures timely implementation of scheduled events; arranges location and space; makes meal arrangements; provides invitations; assists with travel arrangements; and prepares agendas
Executes other tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
Five+ years administrative experience required
Excellent writing skills are required
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills required.
