Remote Worker Needed, Indianapolis

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated individual to serve as a Remote Personal Assistant / Errand Runner for our company. This role requires someone who can read and write clearly, communicate effectively, and is able to complete in-person tasks and errands within Indiana as needed. While most tasks can be managed remotely, some will involve physical presence for pickups, deliveries, or handling local business matters.
Key Responsibilities:

Read and respond to emails or written instructions as directed

Write basic reports, updates, or messages

Run errands such as mailing packages, picking up supplies, or handling local deliveries

Visit local businesses or locations within Indiana when required

Provide timely updates on task progress via phone, text, or email

Keep records of completed tasks and expenses (if applicable)

Perform other basic administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Must reside in Indiana and be able to travel locally as needed

Ability to read, write, and follow clear instructions

Reliable personal transportation and valid driver's license

Basic smartphone or computer literacy (email, texting, basic apps)

Good communication skills and attention to detail

Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy

Preferred (But Not Required):

Previous experience in administrative, assistant, or courier roles

Comfortable navigating to new locations around Indiana

Familiarity with basic office tools (Google Docs, email, etc.)
