We are looking for a data entry clerk (remote) to manage the daily operations and information in our database.
The ideal candidate will be computer literate, friendly and courteous and have a strong sense of customer service.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations
Oversee verification of data against source documents
Proven customer service experience in fast-paced environments
Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet tools (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
Basic knowledge of databases
Good command of both oral and written English and customer service skills
