Draper, Inc. has an excellent opportunity for a CAD Designer for our Gym Equipment product line. Below are the essential functions and minimum qualifications. Essential Functions Prepare design submittal drawings with details and production drawings from customer supplied architectural drawings and sketches.Create and work with bills of material (BOMs) and other construction documents. Develop equipment/material schedules and material takeoffs from drawings and sketches. Create and work with PDF documents using Blue Beam software. Minimum Qualifications Strong working knowledge of 3D modeling software (preferably Autodesk Inventor).Experience in building design or structural design is a plus. Knowledge of file storage and life-cycle management software such as Autodesk Vault is a plus. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Degree in computer aided-drafting or related field is preferred.
