The Role:
As a Sushi Cook, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen, responsible for:
Preparing fresh sushi, nigiri, rolls, and other Japanese specialties with precision and care
Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and food safety
Collaborating with the kitchen team to execute our menu during busy service periods
Contributing to a positive, fast-paced kitchen environment
Taking pride in your craft and continuously honing your sushi-making skills
