Mercedes-Benz USA's Technician Recruitment, Development & Retention team is seeking a motivated Operations Administrator to join our team.
This role is perfect for a current junior or senior in college pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or Data Engineering.
This individual will join a team of program leads, recruiters, and instructors that live across the US.
Responsibilities
Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a cloud-based filing system.
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
Maintain contact lists and handle correspondence.
Create PowerPoint presentations.
Participate in project management tasks, ensuring timely completion of projects.
Perform data entry and data analysis to support decision-making.
Assist with budget management.
Assist with fleet logistics.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Junior or Senior in a Bachelor's program pursuing or recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, or Data Engineering.

Hybrid in-person schedule, up to 28 hours maximum per week
