Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem strategy roles, particularly in enterprise SaaS, AI, or health tech. The role requires a proven track record in launching and scaling strategic partnerships, a deep understanding of healthcare data systems, technical integrations, and regulatory context. Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills are essential, as is a bias for action and high business and technical fluency. The ideal candidate will be culture-aligned with a focus on full-stack ownership, final-mile execution, speed with clarity, and customer-centricity. Preferred qualifications include experience in building a partner ecosystem from scratch, relationships with key stakeholders, and familiarity with AI product integrations and marketplaces.
