Customer Service REp Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday )

• Coordinate daily shipping routes and prepare accurate delivery manifests
• Support customer service functions including quoting, order entry, and order tracking
• Act as a liaison between office, shop operations, and delivery teams
• Assist with general office tasks (filing, inventory, communication)
• Provide backup support in shop operations when needed

Customer Service REp Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills (phone, email, in-person)
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively
• Basic math skills including fractions, decimals, and measurements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn A+W software
• Self-motivated, flexible, and willing to cross-train in multiple roles

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
