Aerotek is actively hiring A&P-licensed Aircraft Mechanics for several immediate, hangar-based openings in the Indianapolis area, including locations in Indianapolis and Zionsville (just north of Indianapolis). These roles are moving quickly, with Monday starts available once onboarding is complete. Responsibilities

Perform aircraft maintenance, inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting in a hangar environment Ensure all work complies with FAA regulations and company procedures Accurately document maintenance actions and discrepancies Work collaboratively with maintenance and operations teams to support aircraft readinessRequirements

Active A&P License (required) 2+ years of aircraft maintenance experience Must provide own tools Ability to work scheduled shifts and comply with safety standards What's Offered
