This position supports front desk operations, scheduling, insurance verification, and patient flow in a busy medical office. Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and check in patients; manage front desk operations Schedule appointments and coordinate complex calendars Verify insurance and maintain accurate patient records Manage patient flow and support providers and clinical staff Handle medical records and sensitive patient information Provide administrative support as neededSchedule Requirement: Must be able to work 2 Saturdays per month.
