Responsibilities Plan and coordinate production schedules Allocate resources effectively for optimal output Maintain quality control throughout the production process Manage a team of 16+ production staff Optimize manufacturing processes using Lean methodologies Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulationsManage production budgets and cost control Control inventory levels and oversee equipment maintenance Generate production reports for management Coordinate with vendors to secure necessary materials Drive continuous improvement initiatives
