We are looking for a Jr. Systems Administrator to join our Network Infrastructure team. The role involves ensuring a secure, up-to-date computing environment and supporting IT initiatives. Candidates should have experience in enterprise infrastructure, system administration, some security knowledge, and automation to enhance efficiency and optimize processes.

Requirements:

Monitor and maintain virtual server network, establishing a maintenance schedule for server updates.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve or escalate issues reported to the Help Desk.

Develop and deploy packages in Atera for patching and application distribution to corporate devices.

Conduct Active Directory audits to ensure proper organizational structure.

Support automation in HaloITSM through script development.

Collaborate with the Networking team to enhance network operations and security

On-call rotation; as needed

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; preferred or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Create and maintain scripts and automation tools to enhance system efficiency.

Design and implement zero-touch deployment solutions for imaging and employee onboarding.

Deploy and integrate emerging technologies to optimize performance and automate repetitive tasks.

Oversee backup and disaster recovery processes to ensure business continuity.

Configure, monitor, and maintain storage systems and VMware vSphere environments.

Manage the virtual server network, ensuring timely updates and maintenance schedules.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve or escalate Help Desk issues.

Deploy software patches and updates to corporate devices using Automated Intelligence (AI) tools.

Perform Active Directory audits to ensure proper organizational structure and security.

Support scripting and automation within HaloITSM.
