Job Description:

As a PTG Sr. Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot and Core Java.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance business processes.

This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and in-office during day shifts, with no travel required.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain robust applications using Spring Boot and Core Java to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with team members to design and implement scalable software solutions.

Ensure code quality and maintainability through regular code reviews and testing.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth application performance.

Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers to foster skill development.

Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.

Document software designs and architectures for future reference and maintenance.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all development activities.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.

Job Requirements:

Demonstrate proficiency in Spring Boot and Core Java with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.

Have experience in developing scalable and high-performance applications in a hybrid work model.

Show capability in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Exhibit strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
