Job Title: Admin Support Clerk
Location(s): Irving, TX
Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years
Responsibilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Strong collaboration skills to partner effectively across various levels of the organization
An ability to work individually and as part of a team -Performs data analysis and monitoring of DOT and non DOT driver license data
Verify driver status in EHS Portal -Generate/monitor communications to operating groups to address compliance issues
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Systems and data management skills (MS Suite) along with the ability to quickly gain proficiency with Telecommunication EHS systems (EHS Portal, One Touch, Corporate Systems)
Ability to stay highly organized and prioritize work in the face of competing demands
Verbal and written communication so as to work effectively with EHS team and operations personnel.
DESIRED SKILLS:
Data Analysis MIS requirements documentation and programming skills
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
College or relevant certifications preferred
