What You Need
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience using cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals
Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and floor scrubbers
Scissor lift certification required
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working at heights
Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends
Preferred: Experience in food manufacturing or industrial environments
What You'll Do Every Day
Clean and degrease production equipment daily
Sweep, wash floors, and perform general facility cleaning, including high dusting
Remove trash, pallets, drums, and other waste materials
Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment
Perform silo cleanouts and sanitize equipment and tools
Restock cleaning supplies and maintain organized work areas
Support additional tasks as assigned
