Role Description
We are seeking a Controller for a full-time, on-site role based in Irving, TX.
The Controller will oversee and manage all financial functions, including budgeting, financial reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, developing financial strategies, and ensuring accuracy in accounting practices.
The role also includes leading a finance team, coordinating internal and external audits, and supporting executive decision-making with actionable financial insights.
Qualifications
•Advanced knowledge of NetSuite and Quickbooks.
•Proficiency in financial reporting, AP, AR, Payroll, budgeting, and financial analysis.
•Strong understanding of accounting principles, audits, and regulatory compliance.
•Experience working with teams and managing financial operations.
•Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
•Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•Previous experience in manufacturing or the food industry strongly recommended.
•Bilingual Spanish candidates are highly preferred for translation between employees, but not required.
•Human Resources experience is a plus.
•CPA certification or equivalent qualifications preferred.
