Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 07:00pm )

Two location available: Garland and Farmers Branch. 12 hours shift available: 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am. Typical schedule: Work 4 days, off 3 days (subject to overtime)  

For Garland location- Monthly rotation between day and night shifts  

Key Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators with production processes Load and unload materials and finished goods
• Perform general labor and support tasks across the facility
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow strict PPE and safety guidelines
• Operate forklift as needed (~25% of the role, if experienced)  

Machine Operator Qualifications:

Requirements

• Ability to perform general labor and heavy lifting (ideal for physically capable candidates)
• Ability to stand for long periods Steel-toe boots required
• Must wear PPE at all times (hair net, ear plugs, etc.) Strong attendance and work ethic
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Preferred (not required): Forklift experience  

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
