We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our private dental office located in Irving, Texas. As an RDA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dental care and ensuring a positive experience for our patients. Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during dental procedures by handing them instruments, performing suction, and providing other chair-side support as required.Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments to maintain a clean and safe environment. Take and develop dental x-rays as directed by the dentist. Perform preliminary dental examinations and document patient medical history and vital signs. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, post-operative care, and any necessary treatment plans.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and dental regulations. Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns or inquiries. Requirements: Active registration as a Dental Assistant (RDA) in the state of Texas. Minimum 3 years of experience working as a dental assistant.Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization techniques. - Proficiency in taking dental x-rays. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
