Dallas Dental Assistant School - Irving

is hiring a Part-Time Dental Assistant Instructor for our ongoing 12-week hands-on clinical training programs. Schedule: Saturdays, 7:30am– 6:30pm (breaks included).

Note: teaching schedule may vary based on morning and/or afternoon class availability. Location: Irving, TX (In-Person) Compensation: $21–$24/hr, depending on experience. What You'll Do Demonstrate chairside procedures and clinical techniques Teach radiology fundamentals and safety protocolsCoach students during hands-on lab practice Provide performance feedback and skills assessments Maintain infection control and classroom safety standards Foster a supportive, structured learning environment Who This Is For

Dental assistants— DA, RDA or EFDA welcomed — who want to keep practicing during the week while stepping into a mentorship role on Saturdays and who are ready to make an impact beyond the chair.

Requirements:

5+ years of dental assisting or chairside experience Active Radiology Certification CPR/BLS Certification Strong communicator: able to explain clinical procedures clearly to learners with no prior experience Able to commute to location(s) Nice-to-haves: prior teaching or mentoring experience, Dentrix familiarity, leadership background
