Senior Reporting Analyst
Our client has an immediate need for a Senior Reporting Analyst with a background in public accounting and a CPA or on the CPA track.
Responsibilities include: preparation of annual financial statements and footnote disclosures, serving as lead liaison with external auditors to assist in a timely and efficient audit process, including management of PBC's and other supporting schedules, lead role in consolidation and distribution of corporate financial results, preparation of quarterly board of directors' materials, and supporting schedules, review and record various corporate month end accruals related to accounting, legal, consulting, leases and other expense accounts, as needed, lead role in account reconciliation and quarterly certification process, provide oversight for the fixed asset and lease accounting functions, key role in implementation of the new lease accounting standard, super-user for accounting software and financial reporting platform, prepare quarterly covenant calculations and coordinate distribution, perform technical research related to new accounting pronouncements and proposed business transactions, special projects as needed.
Qualifications: CPA or CPA candidate required, bachelor's degree in accounting required, masters preferred, minimum of four years of public accounting experience, or five years of public accounting/industry experience, experience with consolidations and corporate level reporting highly preferred, experience with general ledger systems, and knowledgeable about leveraging system capabilities/features, familiarity with Adaptive Insights, or similar reporting platform preferred, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
Salary $65k - $85k depending on experience plus full benefits!
