Responsibilities:
Lead and manage small crews on:
Residential and Commercial remodels
Service calls
Custom homes
Perform electrical work hands-on daily
Ensure all work meets NEC and local code
Pull permits and coordinate inspections
Troubleshoot and solve field issues
Train and guide apprentices/journeymen
Requirements:
Texas Master Electrician License
Strong experience in residential + remodel work
Ability to work in the field (not just supervise)
Leadership and communication skills
