MedicalWorx is looking for full-time Nurse

Practitioner/Physician

Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, providing high-quality, patient-centered care, and managing both acute and chronic conditions via telemedicine, as well as traditional in person care. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients of all ages via telemedicine, as well as traditional in person care.Manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, preventive care, and health screenings. Perform in-office procedures as appropriate to training and scope. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic health records (EHR). Collaborate with clinic leadership and staff to ensure excellent patient care and workflow efficiency.Provide patient education and counseling on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment options. Comply with all clinical, regulatory, and quality standards required by state and federal guidelines. Qualifications Licensed

NP, PA,

in the state of Texas Active, unrestricted DEA license. Minimum 1-2 years of recent direct primary care experience

. Ability to work

independently

and make sound clinical decisions. Must be

credentialed or eligible for credentialing

autonomy Salary: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Work Location: Irving, Texas Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Retirement plan: 3% employer contribution provided annually in one lump-sum payment. Health insurance Paid time off Malpractice Supervising MD coverage CME allowance. Schedule: Hybrid position: combination of in-person clinic visits and virtual Telehealth appointments.Weekday schedule:

Monday–Thursday

with a mix of in-person and virtual visits based on clinic needs. (No nights, on-call shifts, or major holidays unless mutually agreed) Core required day: Sunday (in-clinic) Regular days off: Friday and Saturday Language: English (Required) and Spanish (Preferred)
