Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented

Construction Project Administrator

to support documentation control, project workflows, and system administration across active construction projects for a top client. This role plays a key part in maintaining accuracy, compliance, and efficiency-particularly within data center environments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage document control processes including RFIs, submittals, and transmittals, ensuring accuracy, version control, and timely distribution Set up and maintain project systems, including user permissions and workflows within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Procore Track document deadlines, generate status reports, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure project timelines are metMaintain organized project records and ensure compliance with company standards, security protocols, and data center documentation requirements Qualifications

2+ years of project administration experience, preferably within construction or mission-critical/data center environments Hands-on experience with

Procore

(required) and familiarity with

Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project

management/document

control systems Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Hourly:

$35/hr. - $38/hr

Location:

Irving, TX - Hybrid (4 days onsite/ 1 remote)

Contract to Hire

- contract through end of 2026 - possible convert to full time/permenant

$35.00 to $38.00 per hour
