Customer Service Rep

The customer service rep position is a key position within the team who is responsible for answering the phones, providing communication to health care providers, patients and other internal customers. They are responsible for coordinating and scheduling patient initial and refill shipments. Must be able to work 100% onsite for training. After training is completed, monthly onsite rotation. Qualifications: 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
