PC Board Assembler, Bohemia, NY

Turn blueprints into reality! We are seeking two skilled PC Board Assemblers to join our client's Thru-Hole department. If you come from a military background, have IPC and J standard certification, and you have a passion for precision soldering and building complex systems from the ground up, we want to talk to you. 

salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

The Role:

• Start-to-Finish Builds: Responsible for building PCBs from start to finish by reading work orders and following production drawings.

• Precision Joining: Perform crimping, staking, soldering, and epoxy bonding to join transformers, resistors, and integrated circuits to chassis panels.

• Testing: Conduct online go-not-go testing to ensure every assembly meets our elite production standards.

Must-Haves:

• Experience: Ideally 2+ years of professional assembly experience.

• Certifications: Must be IPC and J-Standard certified .

• Skills: Expert-level soldering and the ability to read and interpret complex blueprints .

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
