Warehouse Associate Shipping/Receiving, Ronkonkoma, NY

Randstad is currently looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate for a key client in Ronkonkoma, NY. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a "get it done" attitude, we want to hear from you!  

• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution environment preferred.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.

• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with printing labels and basic computer use for logging shipments.

• Detail-Oriented: Ability to double-check SKU numbers and quantities to ensure order accuracy.

• Reliability: Consistent attendance and work ethic are a must.

salary: $23 - $25 per hour

Responsibilities

• Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming shipments and prepare outgoing orders with high accuracy.

• Labeling: Utilize warehouse software to print shipping and inventory labels accurately.

• Pick & Pack: Retrieve items from inventory based on order sheets and securely pack them to prevent damage during transit.

• Staging: Organize and prepare pallets or packages in designated staging areas for carrier pickup.

• Inventory Support: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized warehouse and performing periodic cycle counts.
