We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to hundreds of families across New York City and beyond. We are seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician to join our team and provide in-home ABA therapy to clients in Staten Island and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, following individualized treatment plans Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and support skill development in communication, social, and daily living Collaborate with caregivers to reinforce strategies and record accurate session notes and data Maintain professionalism, safety, and ethical standards Qualifications: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred RBT certification or willingness to obtain Experience with children or developmental needs preferred Strong communication skills Reliable transportation Preferred (Not Required): Experience in home-based services Bilingual skills are a plus and may be considered based on client needs Why Join Us: Flexible scheduling Competitive pay: $20 - $29 HOURLY Ongoing supervision and growth opportunities Equal Opportunity Employer: We are an equal opportunity employer and consider all qualified applicants without regard to any protected status.
