Warehouse Specialist, Bay Shore, NY

We are a leading distributor of high-quality edgebanding and woodworking supplies. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Warehouse Specialist to join our team at our facility in Bay Shore, NY.

In this role, you will be a key part of our daily operations—ensuring inventory is accurately received, orders are perfectly fulfilled, and shipments go out to our clients on time. Responsibilities

• Order Picking & Fulfillment: Accurately pull, cut, and prepare edgebanding rolls and other woodworking materials for customer orders based on invoice tickets.

• Shipping & Receiving: Safely unload incoming freight shipments, verify inventory against packing slips, and stock products in their designated warehouse locations.

• Packing & Staging: Securely box and label items for shipment via UPS, FedEx, or local freight carriers to prevent transit damage.

• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, organize warehouse shelves, and assist with periodic inventory counts to maintain 100% accuracy.

• Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times. Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
