Production Supervisor, Bay Shore, NY

Looking for motivated Production Supervisors to oversee daily operations within a food manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for leading production teams, coordinating schedules, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met
• Lead, coach, and develop production employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, OSHA, FDA, and company food safety standards
• Monitor production schedules, staffing levels, and workflow efficiency
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed
• Conduct shift meetings and communicate production goals and updates
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Sanitation teams to optimize operations
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and inventory documentation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction, efficiency, and employee performance
• Enforce company policies and maintain a positive workplace culture

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
