Entry level CNC Operator, Ronkonkoma, NY

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level CNC Operator to join our growing manufacturing team in Ronkonkoma, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic CNC machining experience who is looking to develop their skills in a precision manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling and turning machines according to work instructions and production schedules
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts
• Perform routine machine setup adjustments and tool changes as directed
• Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records
• Keep work areas clean and organized while following all safety procedures
• Assist senior machinists and programmers with various production tasks as needed
